Dr. Don Melady featured on the SAEM Academy of Geriatric EM website

A recent publication by SREMI Geriatric Lead Dr. Don Melady was featured on the SAEM Academy of Geriatric EM (AGEM) website. The publication was a joint effort by Dr. Melady, Dr. Richa Parashar, and SREMI Research Director Ms. Shelley McLeod, and focused on the discrepancies between the information received and the information required for ED patients transferred from long-term care facilities.
